This APS is open for six months and applications will be reviewed in batches. The first batch will be reviewed thirty days from the date of issuance of this APS. Questions will be accepted regarding this APS for two weeks after the issuance date. Allow sufficient time for delivery, as the application must be in the hands of the USAID/DCHA/OFDA representative by 4:00pm EST on the submission deadline.

Description:

The purpose of this Amendment No. 2 is to provide responses to questions received within the two week period subsequent to the issuance of the APS, but inadvertently omitted from the questions and answers contained in Amendment 1 to the subject APS.
